Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration or any related fields.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Business Development (finding new Client)
  • Background of SME, Retails or other related fields.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritize punctual and having “can do” attitude
  • Must have own car and possess a valid driver’s license
  • New grads with good attitude are welcomed

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the sales plan and conduct the activities related to keep good relationship with the clients
  • Provide the solutions and services to serve the need of the clients
  • Cooperate with team and manager in developing the Annual Business Plan
  • Cooperate with related internal departments e.g. Actuary, Product Development, Data Support, etc.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly report for management team
  • Complete other assignments from line manager
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
