Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in business administration or any related fields.
- At least 2 years working experience in Business Development (finding new Client)
- Background of SME, Retails or other related fields.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritize punctual and having “can do” attitude
- Must have own car and possess a valid driver’s license
- New grads with good attitude are welcomed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the sales plan and conduct the activities related to keep good relationship with the clients
- Provide the solutions and services to serve the need of the clients
- Cooperate with team and manager in developing the Annual Business Plan
- Cooperate with related internal departments e.g. Actuary, Product Development, Data Support, etc.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly report for management team
- Complete other assignments from line manager
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
