ตามที่คณะกรรมการ บริษัท สบาย เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) หรือ SABUY ได้มีมติอนุมัติให้เสนอต่อผู้ถือหุ้นของ SABUY เพื่ออนุมัติออกหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนใหม่จำนวนไม่เกิน  2,510,000,000 หุ้นมูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 1.00 บาท แบ่งเป็นจำนวน 1,300,000,000 หุ้น เพื่อรองรับการเสนอขายแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงให้กับบุคคลในวงจำกัด (Private Placement) ในราคาหุ้นละ  2.30 บาท รวมมูลค่า  2,990,000,000 บาท และจำนวน 1,210,000,000 หุ้น เพื่อรองรับการใช้สิทธิตามใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิที่จะจัดสรรให้แก่บุคคลในวงจำกัดให้แก่ Lightnet Group Pte. Ltd. (“กลุ่ม Lightnet”) และพันธมิตร ซึ่งจะเสนอต่อที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นวิสามัญครั้งที่ 1/2567 ที่จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2567 นี้ เนื่องจากภาวะตลาดปัจจุบันที่มีความผันผวนส่งผลให้ราคาหุ้นของ SABUY ปรับตัวลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่องในช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา และกระทบต่อความเหมาะสมของราคาที่กำหนดไว้ก่อนหน้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เพื่อให้ SABUY สามารถเดินหน้าในการปรับแผนการเพิ่มทุนเพื่อสอดรับกับภาวะการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป กลุ่ม Lightnet […]
